I’ve written this multiple times in the last few months. I’ll keep doing it because people need to get the message: There isn’t going to be an impeachment, and even if there were, it would fail.

The impeachment process requires cooperation from both houses of congress. A simple majority in the house of representatives must vote to approve articles of impeachment. Then the Senate decides what to do with them. They can hold a trial or they can just vote. Conviction requires a 2/3 majority of the Senate. This is why both attempts to impeach Trump previously already failed. The Senate Republicans simply moved to an immediate vote and killed it.

Now, consider that Republicans currently hold a majority in both houses. THERE WILL BE NO IMPEACHMENT barring a major upset in the midterm elections. Even then it is almost guaranteed to fail. Impeachment is not going to save us.

Were these people even real agents? How could she even verify that?

Hard to say. Two of the three agencies that identified themselves to her (FBI and US Marshals) later denied having agents there.

Either they’re lying or shit is real disorganized. Or both. It’s probably both.

I mean… they claimed they had a warrant. But who the hell knows. They seem to be happy to lie about that lately. And since they show up when everyone’s in bed and bash the door in before you can even respond, how would you know?

JFC - even his wife is saying that the protection order was due to an isolated incident and that it isn’t justification to deport him. Which it isn’t, because it’s not a conviction. It’s just a court order. They still have ZERO evidence that he was involved in a gang. They’re just poisoning the well.

They’re doubling down on that claim:

If people don’t see the direct benefit of something in their everyday lives, it’s easy to convince them they don’t need it.

There’s a lot of wine country in Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Oregon, too. Rural areas with rural voters. Walla Walla county went hard for Trump, even though he lost statewide.

They’re dressing for the America they want.
