So, imagine a fight stick, but kinda big and it also has an soc in it to run games on itself and connect to a display. So it can be a controller for other systems or a self contained emulator box thing

but you could build something like that with a gp-2040 board and a raspberry pi running RetroPienot sure if fightcade runs well on the raspberry pi’s arm chip tho (since you called it a fightstick instead of arcade stick)
