There are a lot of games tied to popular IPs stuck on J2ME! Usually of questionable quality, though. There are half a million Sonic games, including a version of Sonic Unleashed that if I recall correctly played something like Sonic Rush, a Ratchet and Clank sidescroller (is it called Going Mobile maybe?), I also remember Tomb Raider games there. I would love to look at an overview of the most interesting games in this platform. It is extremely nostalgic to me.

I also have no clue how they were distributed? I remember putting them on my phone using less than legal means, but have no idea how you’d get them officially. Was it through one of those sketchy services where you could also get wallpapers and ringtones by texting a specific number?

It did not. You never played Quake or Unreal Tournament and made your own skins. You never dabbled in map making for any of these games or games in the Doom engine. Nobody ever made skins for minecraft Java. Your life is a lie.

Man, I know people dislike Macron, and I still think his handling of the Le Penn situation last year was a dramatic misplay, but I’ve always had a huge amount of respect for him. Maybe because I don’t live in France (although I was almost accepted into a job there earlier this year!), but he seems like such a role model in terms of political leadership. Yeah I also don’t understand this part. Can the antibodies targeting the bare spike protein attach to it despite the presence of the sugars? Or are there a few spike proteins in the virus which do not have the sugars, not enough to effectively develop antibodies but enough for already existing antibodies to attach to?

I may have missed it in the article, I’m not in life sciences so I don’t have all the prerequisite knowledge for this

I have seen variations on this online for a long time, and this has always baffled me: do strangers in America really go up to random people who are speaking foreign languages and tell them “you are in X, speak Xese”, a language they may or may not speak? Even among people who share their native language?
