All I wanted from the remake was character models that didn’t look like cartoons and a leveling system that didn’t punish suboptimal builds, and by God that’s what they delivered.

People keep clamoring for a Morrowind remake, and I disagree. It’s perfect the way it is. Oblivion NEEDED this.

All of the games have scaling of some kind (at least Morrowind and Skyrim do). Just as long as they make suboptimal builds viable rather than punishing, that’s all I need.

I’m hoping for remake. The game needs to abandon (or at least rework) their level scaling. It’s by far the worst implementation it that I’ve ever seen.

Then make everything less orange, shiny, and bulbous.

I’m glad I got my (second) Anbernic earlier this month.

I do, but most of mine are just black crew socks that just go in a pile together.

I think that was the only full price I’ve bought digitally, because my friend and I wanted to game share and play together.

MMO shooter seems like an undeserved concept. Buy I guess you have the scope of Defiance with the polish of an MMO. Or you have the scope of Destiny and the polish of a normal shooter.

There’s something so special about the command structure, having your own squad v squad, while a whole other battle is taking place around you. But also that you could be pulled for extra resources if needed.

I tried Hell Let Loose, but it’s too chaotic and open.

I beat the entire thieves guild quest line starting at basically level 1 by using the strategy of “run fast”. There were some major flaws that kept me from loving that game properly, so I’m hoping it’s more user friendly with the remake. But I could definitely see a lot of charm in it.

I’ve known a lot of people who go by their middle names because their first name is a family name (who they hate). Like if you call them by their first name, it’s the equivalent of dead naming.

I’ve never heard someone verbally say “PSX”. Does that happen?

I assume people were worried about them pulling an Xbox, especially since they are largely the same concept.

I don’t like the idea of a game that can’t be played long after the servers have gone down.

But I’m glad that it can still be traded or sold after purchase unlike what Xbox tried to do.

I think it’s probably more focused on those impacted most and (unfortunately) where the most sympathy is.

A lot of transphobia is under the guise of women’s rights (sports, bathrooms). But also, anyone can (usually) participate it men’s sports and men are generally not threatened by someone using the men’s bathroom. That doesn’t always apply. But it’s usually women who suffer the most.

If a Colorado court can decide to remove a candidate, then all the republicans need to do is get a majority in the courts of swing states and they would forever have the presidency.

It should be up SCOTUS to validate or invalidate Colorado’s findings. It would never be Colorado as the final word. That’s how the courts already work. Lower courts rule and higher courts can take further action if needed.

Ideally the courts would rule on it and it would be up to congress with a supermajority to reverse it.

To be clear, a court did rule that he committed treason and was barred from running. SCOTUS did not say they were wrong, they only stated that they (the fucking courts) did not have the power to APPLY THE CONSTITUTION.

So yeah. It would be up to the courts to apply the constitution and SCOTUS would have the final word. I’m not sure why it would be any different from any other ammendment.

I don’t support the death penalty because those individuals are no threat to society, many of them are innocent, and the government shouldn’t have that kind of power when it’s unnecessary.

None of that applies. Also, I don’t wish him dead. I just want him gone. The method of his removal is just a secondary concern.

Technically he’s barred from office per the 14th amendment.

Technically is great until it’s ignored.
