  • What year did that take place?

Edit: One would assume your claim about Trump inviting a Palestinian on stage is easily verifiable yet I cannot find any source. The only source I can find of Trump even talking with a Palestinian is when he invited Abbas to the Whitehouse in 2017, where Trump stated he could go either way with a two state or one state solution but nothing was guaranteed. So please continue and share what evidence you have or claim to have.

Edit edit: For anyone else looking in on this, the above is sole reason to verify all information or you might look like a fool or foreign actor sowing misinformation like the commenter above.

  • So your argument is that the Democrats was not perfect and in the same arena was Trump throwing out fascist rhetoric and your end conclusion is to not vote because the Democrats was not perfect? I just want to make sure I understand yours as well as the non-voters logic. Because for those actually paying attention this was a pretty easy choice.

Edit: Help me understand why the blame gets passed onto the Democratic party entirely when the power to have stopped this was with the voters that decided to not vote.

  • This comment section is truly something else, when all your rights are stripped away and the US descends further into fascism are you going to continue to blame the Democrats or realise the choice to vote against Trump was also an option?

Tough decision I know vote for the status quo where everyone was still relatively comfortable and all had rights or not vote and let the fascists in and watch all your rights get stripped.

Edit: The leopards are feasting on those that voted for Trump as well as those that did not vote at all.

  • Lets work through this logic shall we. Lets say those companies setup production in the US, in the scenario where all required inputs are US based and produced then the only other determining factor for price increases would be wages. Do you think the end price would be cheaper or more expensive then what China can produce? In order to compete with China you have to have their level of wages in an economy that supports that low level of cost of living. Now lets see how scenario two plays out where at least some of the inputs still have to be imported, same result as before but just more costs to add onto the end product passed to the consumer.

This is a rather simplified outlook but I am curious if you can see what the dilemma would be those scenarios particularly for the US.

  • Well we did have AusAid, just got renamed to DFAT (Department Foreign Affairs and Trade), which do provide assistance to foreign nations but our scope is limited and as far as I could see we were not really buying any excess agricultural production to send off. I have to look into it because maybe we don’t or all of ours is absorbed into the Asian markets. But was thinking due to the US BS could be a good opportunity to still help our farmers while doing some good at the same time. Bang for our buck, when I saw the USAID doing it for their farmers before it was cut I thought its a great program that provides benefits across the board.
