Why weren’t people upset when they first bought the game and realized they needed to be online to play it then? Why did it only become a talking point after the fact? You could argue it was shitty to make it a network only game and I might agree, but to say people were deceived and didnt realize it couldn’t be played offline until the servers were shutdown is absurd.

There are a few vegan bakeries around me that make all sorts of delicious stuff but I do agree that its hard for most people to go from perfectly mixed boxed cake mix to having to bake from scratch to make it egg free.

Personally I dont see why people wouldnt at least consider both if they aren’t vegan. I much prefer waffles made with apple sauce for example. Sort of unrelated but mashed potatoes with olive oil instead of milk and butter is also better in my opinion.

The problem is that someone can display one set of traits one moment, and seemingly the opposite set of traits the next. People are absurdly adaptive.

Probably the bigger problem though is that evolution doesnt happen over such a small time frame, so planning for that is a bit meaningless. We all have the capability of adapting ourselves if need be, but most need a good reason to do so and there is a lot of conflicting information out there.

I think a good example would be any of the “I’m being mistreated at work” posts we see on social media. Youll find people who take the workers side and people who argue against the worker, and it all comes down to different sets of expectations of how someone should act in the workplace.

When it comes to different perspectives like that, I do think its usually beneficial to take advantage of differences and specialties but there are cases where conformance is more important than diversity so I wouldn’t want to generalize too much. I will say I think theres a place for all types of people when it comes to finding meaningful productive work they can be proud of.

Look up vegan baking. Theres like a dozen different egg replacers all with different flavors.

I did and have read about it and disagree. I dont think anyone was tricked and thought they’d have the crew forever. This all seems very self entitled in my opinion. Point out any technicalities that you want to, people should have expected the game to be sunset eventually, and that it would be gone after that, just like every other online only game.

Were you also extremely stubborn and killed geodude over and over until you were high enough level to scrape out a win on onyx?

You can do this with multiple different pokemon, soloing the elite four. Its more about attack variety so you can counter the wide range of pokemon types but ive done it with zapdos and also mewtwo.

America would have to have a good reputation prior to trump for your point to stand. Think about why your life was so easy before. How many people had their lives made harder so you could have your easy life? America itself is an overvalued stock.

Well I was making an attempt at humor there, maybe not entirely fair. I do remember descriptions around feasts and stuff like that being overly long, but they might not have included descriptions of mundane objects like I was implying.

This is all based on my weak memory, but I read maybe half Robert Jordan’s wheel of time and dont remember having the same issue. I can’t remember why I didnt finish the series though, so maybe it was a bit too drawn out for me after all.

The first book is worth it for sure, the rest are skippable though honestly. The first book came out before all the attention and pressure and money.
