I’m not the one suffering the brunt of consequences for your the decision to elect Trump over Biden, it’s the Palestinian people who are. All of you made a choice based on principles that you don’t have the political power to support, and the result is one that is far worse for the actual people affected. That makes the choice morally inferior. And, it’s a shame to see what is happening to the people impacted by it.

Women are better at being friends to each other. I’ve basically given up on trying to make friends with other men because they are terrible friends. At best, they make no effort at all at friendship and are completely passive, requiring you to call and make all the plans. At worst, they are hostile in various ways when you try to befriend them. It is very rare to meet another dude that makes effort to be a friend.

Read the actual article. This was a commercial vehicle that was hauling gravel. I think most folks are assuming it was some dumbass in a lifted truck with a few MAGA stickers on the back. That’s not the case.

The driver is still at fault for ignoring the posted weight limits, but it’s not like he was driving a personal vehicle, as much as we’d all love to see a some of these massive trucks and SUVs go through a bridge.
