I just go with “corpo social media” - is there a company trying to get infinite growth and profit behind the website?
Nautilus was torture-tested with poor aim scenarios, erratic flow rates, and simulated misfires
reducing splashback by a staggering 98%
Seems like they did this properly, and while it’s not perfect it handles sprinkler mode pretty well
I don’t know how the purchasing power differs across the pond but converting dollarydoos to pounds that sounds like a bargain for a new functional EV
I guess it depends on how big the company is, if they have a long-standing team and work on multiple projects or if they’re mainly contractors brought in for one big project. I’d hope a company like Supermassive have enough other projects going on that nobody’s losing their job over this.
Why would they fire the team instead of just moving everyone to other projects? Aren’t the tales you hear about projects being canned and the whole team made redundant specifically due to not having the money to do the project or because some new bigwig is trying to cut costs?
Contractors tend to get way higher pay in exchange for a lack of benefits like guaranteed employment. I’d be surprised if security gives them the same level of trust as normal employees though.
Maybe this will finally make people realise that using an unencrypted corpo-controlled messenger for all of their communications is a bad idea
Are you accessing it not from a UK IP? Always defaults to GBP for me.
Ah space exploration/hunting x restaurant management game hybrid, second only to hell city-builder/management game x evil god game hybrid as my favourite genre of game
TimeSplitters 4. If they’d have stopped baiting us with teaser art and promises of someone new buying the bones of Free Radical every few years then it wouldn’t hurt so much.
I had to check the syntax because I also don’t use it enough to be sure, definitely a bit weird. Basically just grep for a regex and print the specified column.
Are you opposed to using awk
? Printing out a specific column is basically the only thing I actually know how to do with it: df -h --output=avail,source | awk '/dm-2/ {print $1}'
I think you can do both of those with BotW too
Gaming is becoming less and less accessible and more and more of a luxury.
Lots of people do their gaming on their phone or PC. And on the subject of phones, look at the top-spec models: they cost thousands, because some people have the disposable income to burn. There are still plenty of affordable options available if you don’t fixate on having the latest best everything.
Interestingly I’d say the complete opposite: BotW was my fave and I feel I could replay it in quite a different style (e.g. trying to beat it without any dungeons, trying to 100% it), whereas the others are all very linear and my only option is to play it again in the same way.
(Obviously I don’t need to pay any additional money to do either though!)
Pretty soon you won’t be able to buy a Switch
A new one, but pretty soon the market will be flooded with second hand switches
I’ve not tried Winlator for a year or so, wasn’t really useable but looked like it had a lot of promise. Guessing if you’re successfully emulating Switch games then it’s pretty capable though?
You can do a call in a group chat, right?
