Being rich and mentally ill is a terrible combination. Nobody has the power to step in. And after a while they are surrounded by scharlatans.

I don’t think Trump is into eugenics. He wants to be seen as a force of destruction. It makes him powerful. Plus it’s an easy way to own the libs and further divide the people.

Trump always escalates. It strengthens his ego and further bounds his supporters to him. And it has always worked so far.
