On the pro versions of windows we select “work or school” then “sign in options” and “domain join instead.

This prompts you to set up a local admin to do the domain join later.

I once worked with a woman who transitioned. She asked us to try not to use the phrase “guys” because she worked so hard to not be called a guy.
